Depression? Fight it! Chapter 1 : Help Others

There are times when you feel like a failure.. the biggest failure, may be a love failure?? Bad scores in life?? Business out of order?? Someone around called you useless, or you always wanted to something but still haven't achieved it?? Feeling that you will never make it in life. Stop thinking so and come out ASAP. Getting nightmares by night and bad memories by day?? Change it .. here is the way to do Remember one thing. Thoughts make a person. If you think you are a success you are. If you believe that you are the biggest failure, you can undoubtedly get no better. Now the first task is to keep bad negative thoughts at bay. Don't expect to do it in 2 secs. Rome wasn't build in a day, neither is your will power. Put off bad thoughts. Think of something small you always wanted to do. May be help someone?? Yeh?? So every time a bad thought or memory  comes to your mind, flush it out and tell yourself "I am going to help someone." OK.. Start random. Go out a
